BASF and the Israel-based genomic data company NRGene have entered into a research collaboration which includes the adoption of NRGene’s cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI) technology, GenoMAGIC, into BASF soybean research projects. The utilisation of GenoMAGIC technology reportedly allows for more comprehensive evaluations to accelerate trait discovery and breeding across diverse crops.
