The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Health Canada have received a submission from Bayer seeking an environmental safety approval for commercial planting purposes and livestock feed and food use of the herbicide-tolerant soybean line MON 94115. The CFIA and Health Canada are now seeking feedback or comments on this submission; the deadline for comments is 26th August 2025.
