The US-based crop improvement company Benson Hill Biosystems has entered into a global partnership with Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) to develop improved barley varieties using Benson Hill's computational platform Breed, powered by CropOS. AB InBev will utilise Benson Hill's Breed application in combination together with traditional breeding techniques to accelerate the development of higher yielding barley varieties that use less water and other natural resources.
