Corteva Agriscience and MS Technologies have announced the launch of Enlist E3 soybeans for 2019 planting in the US. The soybeans are expected to be available in commercial quantities across all Corteva Agriscience brands in 2020, including Pioneer, as well as from Stine Seed Company and Merschman Seed Company. Corteva and MS Technologies also intend to broadly license the technology to other seed companies. Enlist E3 soybeans (DAS-44406) were jointly developed by Dow (now part of Corteva) and MS Technologies to possess tolerance to the herbicides 2,4-D, glyphosate and glufosinate, with Corteva's Enlist Duo and Enlist One herbicides intended for use on these crops. The soybeans have been approved for cultivation in the US, Canada and Brazil, and have received import authorisation in key countries including China and the Philippines.
