The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has re-approved the soybean genetic event A2704-12 that confers glufosinate tolerance in LibertyLink soybeans. The EFSA stated that there is no evidence in the renewal application for new hazards, modified exposure or scientific uncertainties that would change the conclusions of the original risk assessment.
