NRGene has announced the launch of a new soybean genotypic solution, SNPro. SNPro combines low-density genotyping with high-density imputation and is designed to reduce genotyping cost, simplify routine workflows, and accelerate the delivery of genotyping data. The product was developed based on NRGenes SNPer solution (see AgbioNews Sep 10, 2020) and can be applied to Northern and Southern US, Canadian and South American germplasm, which together account for more than 90% of total global soy products.
