The Canadian biological crop protection company Terramera has announced the acquisition of a range of technologies and intellectual property (IP) from the UK-based company Exosect. The transaction involves approximately 134 patents and patent applications in addition to a delivery technology platform. Terramera has stated that the acquisition will complement its current Actigate Targeted Performance technology to support the development of plant protection products.
