UPL and the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) have entered into a partnership which is intended to benefit smallholder farmers in Africa. Through the partnership, the two institutions will work together to increase farmers’ access to yield enhancing technologies, introduce financial solutions among smallholder farmers, and increase investments in seed production, distribution and training. Countries that will benefit from this partnership include Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, Mali, Burkina Faso, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, and Ivory Coast.
