NIAB and Georgian Scientific Research Centre of Agriculture Enter Research Partnership

The UK National Institute of Agricultural Botany (NIAB) and the Scientific-Research Centre of Agriculture Georgia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the establishment of a joint research program. This will create opportunities for collaboration in areas of food security, crop science and biotechnology across the agricultural and horticultural sectors. The agreement will cover joint conferences and workshops, student and researcher exchange, and exchange of research into increasing crop yields and improving disease and drought resistance.
