The ICAR-National Institute for Plant Biotechnology and ICRISAT have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance efforts in agricultural development, with a focus on molecular biology, genetic engineering and capacity building. It is hoped the partnership will enable both institutes to explore new opportunities and conduct advanced research supporting smallholder farmer interests.
