Healthycrop.world, a Danish company focused on the development of develop crops naturally resistant to fungal infections such as Fusarium and Aspergillus, has announced the closure of a €1 Million euro ($1.1 million) investment round. The funding will be used to accelerate growth and expand the company's technology to a broader range of crops, whilst also developing new strong resistance mechanisms to strengthen its IP.

Crops developed by Healthycrop.world obtain fungal resistance by enhanced Nepenthesin Expression (ENE), with a resistance mechanism that is non-cytotoxic and works through inhibition of fungal activity of phytase.
