Researchers from the University of Missouri, the University of Georgia, and the USDA have discovered a new gene, GmSNAP02, that can reportedly be used to control soybean cyst nematode (SCN). Researchers are now focusing on integrating the gene into high-yielding soybean varieties across the US.
